Rules

1. Each short film must be 10 - 13 minutes long and must be produced and filmed in the home country or in their own institute/school. The producer and director must be present at time of judging.

2. All dialogues must be in French. It is also important to include English subtitles.

3. Use of English dialogues may lead to disqualification

4. The aggregate of the scores awarded by each judge will be considered as the final score of each participant.

5. The decision of the judges will be final and irrevocable.

6. Any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited and would result in immediate disqualification.
